Foundation Stage Profile

61% of children achieved a ‘Good Level of Development’ compared to 71% nationally. 

Phonic Screening Check (Year 1)

86% of pupils met the expected standard of phonic decoding at the end of Year 1 compared to 81% nationally.

Key Stage One (Year 2)

Reading

71% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard in reading compared to 76% nationally, with 14% of pupils working at greater depth.

Writing

74% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard in writing compared to 68% nationally, with14% of pupils working at greater depth.

Mathematics

69% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard in maths, compared to 75% nationally, with 12% of pupils working at greater depth.

Combined R,W & M

57% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard in reading, writing and mathematics combined, compared to 64% nationally.

 

Key Stage Two (Year 6)

Reading

77% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard for reading, which exceeds the national figure of 71% of pupils. 33% of pupils reached the higher standard exceeding the national figure of 25%.

Writing

91% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard for writing, which exceeds the national figure of 76% of pupils. 19% of pupils reached the higher standard exceeding the national figure of 18%.

Mathematics

95% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard for mathematics, which exceeds the national figure of 75% of pupils. 30% of pupils reached the higher standard exceeding the national figure of 23%.

Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling

100% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard for GPS, which exceeds the national figure of 77% of pupils. 53% of pupils reached the higher standard exceeding the national figure of 31%.

Combined R,W & M

77% of pupils achieved at least the expected standard for reading, writing and mathematics combined, which exceeds the national figure of 61% of pupils. 12% of pupils reached the combined higher standard exceeding the national figure of 9%.
